이사야 60장 1~3절 ; 일어나라 빛을 발하라

 

이사야 60;1~3 일어나라 빛을 발하라 이는 네 빛이 이르렀고 여호와의 영광이 네 위에 임하였음이니라 보라 어둠이 땅을 덮을 것이며 캄캄함이 만민을 가리려니와 오직 여호와께서 네 위에 임하실 것이며 그의 영광이 네 위에 나타나리니 나라들은 네 빛으로, 왕들은 비치는 네 광명으로 아나오리라

 

포로귀환의 시점에 성전을 재건함에도 이스라엘 백성에게 아무런 변화가 없는 현실 속에서, 무기력하고 절망과 낙심 중에 이 본문의 말씀이 선포된다.

'일어나라' 즉, '쿰'

쿰은 일어나다, 오르다. 서다라는 뜻이다.

회당장 야이로의 딸을 향해 '달리다쿰' 말할 때 사망에서 생명으로 다시 살아나는 것이 일어남이다.

일어나기 위해서는 나의 현재의 모습, 지금의 상황을 진단하고 직면해야 한다. 

이것을 깨닫는 순간 일어날 수 있다. 

탕자가 부정한 짐승인 돼지의 쥐엄 열매를 먹으며 깨닫는 순간, 자신의 처지를 직면한 순간 아버지를 보게 되었듯이 나의 영적인 상태, 교회, 가정, 직장을 정확하게 보는 게 중요하다. 

 

일어나야 하는 이유는 빛을 발하기 위해서이다.

빛이 비치면 어둠의 모든 영역이 사라진다. 

빛은 하나님이고 예수이다. 

빛되신 주님으로부터 온전히 받을 때 빛의 반사체로서 우리를 통해 세상에 빛이 온전히 비추어진다.

빛이 비칠 때의 전제는 세상이 캄캄하고 어둠 가운데 있을 때다. 

믿는 성도들의 위치는 정의와 공의가 흘러야 하고, 복 있는 자리에 서 있어야 한다.

빛을 발하면 먼 곳에서, 사방에서 무리가 온다. 

그때에 기쁜 빛을 내며, 네 마음이 놀라고, 화창하며. 부와 재물이 네게로 온다.(5절)

또한 그 작은 자가 천 명을 이루겠고 그 약한 자가 강국을 이룰 것이다 때가 되면~~(22절)

 

어둠과 흑암과 공허함 속일지라도 빛 되신 주님의 모양과 형상대로 살아가자.

하나님의 때에 하나님이 회복하신다.

Despite the rebuilding of the temple at the time of the return from exile, there was no change in the situation of the Israelites, who were powerless and despairing. In the midst of this hopelessness and discouragement, the words of this passage are proclaimed.

 

'arise’ ‘kum’ 

'Kum' means to rise, ascend, or stand up.

When Jairus said 'Talitha kum' to his daughter, she was brought back to life from death.

To arise, one must diagnose and face their current state and circumstances.

The moment of realizing this is the moment one can arise. 

 

The moment the prodigal son ate the husks that the unclean pigs ate and realized his situation, he was able to face his father.

Similarly, it is important to see one's spiritual state, church, family, and workplace accurately.

 

The reason why we must rise up is to emit light.

When light shines, all areas of darkness disappear.

The light is God and Jesus.

When we receive light completely from the Lord who is the source of light, it shines completely through us into the world as a reflection of light.

The premise for light to shine is when the world is in darkness and in the midst of darkness. Believing saints should be positioned in justice and righteousness, standing in a blessed place.

When you shine the light, people come from far away and all around, and at that time, you radiate a joyful light, your heart is amazed and radiant, and wealth and treasure come to you. (5 verse)

Moreover, the small one will become a thousand, and the least one a mighty nation. I am the LORD, in its time I will hasten it~~~(22 verse)

 

 

Even in darkness, obscurity, and emptiness, let us live according to the form and image of the Lord who is the light.

In God's time, He will restore what He has restored.
