시편 51편; 다윗의 역사

'다윗이 밧세바와 동침한 후 선지자 나단이 그에게 왔을 때'라는  부연설명이 있다.

다윗은 주의 많은 긍휼을 따라 자신의 죄를 깨끗이 제하기를 구한다.

다윗은 겸손함으로 회개한다.

 

 

하나님

당신의 긍휼을 구합니다.

내 죄악을 지워 주십시오

당신의 나를 향한 포기하지 않는 사랑으로

내게 은혜를 베푸소서.

옳지 못한 생각과 사악함,

비양심적인 행위와 불의,

적대하는 마음과 악하고 불법적인 생각,

무엇보다

하나님의 주권에 대한 반항과 불평, 불안, 초조

이 모든 죄악을 말갛게 씻기사

주의 일하심을 또렷하게 보게 하소서.

 

주앞에 선 나는 

나의 죄가 내 앞에 있음을 고백합니다.

통회하는 심령과 상한 마음으로 주께 갑니다.

나의 죄로 인한 아픔과 어둠이 나를 막아서며

나의 허물로 인해 나를 옭아매는 모든 것들로부터

자유케 하옵소서.

 

하나님 

우슬초로  주의 피를 적셔 나에게 뿌리소서

주의 흘린 피로 나를 적시고

새 마음을 창조하사

정한 마음, 정직한 영을 새롭게 하소서

구원의 기쁨을 회복하여

나의 말과 삶과 얼굴 속에 

주의 성령이 임재함을 알게 하소서

내 입술이 주를 찬송하며

주의 의와 행사를 널리 전하게 하소서

 

God,

 

I seek your mercy.

Please cleanse me of my sins

with your unwavering love towards me.

Bestow your grace upon me.

 

The wrong thoughts and wickedness,

unconscious actions and injustice,

hostile heart and evil and unlawful thoughts,

above all,

the rebellion and complaints against your sovereignty, anxiety, restlessness,

Wash away all these sins gently

and make your work clear to me.

 

I stand before you,

confessing that my sins are before me.

With a repentant spirit and a wounded heart, I come to you.

Free me from the pain and darkness caused by my sins,

and from everything that binds me due to my transgressions.

 

God,

Sprinkle your blood upon me like hyssop,

and cleanse me with the blood you shed.

Create in me a new heart,

renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Restore the joy of salvation,

so that the presence of your Holy Spirit may be evident in my words, actions, and countenance.

Let my lips praise you,

and let me proclaim your righteousness and deeds widely.
